The Lincolnshire coast reaches 50 miles, stretching down from the estuary of the Humber, all the way to the marshlands of the Wash at Norfolk. There are more than 30 miles of unbroken sandy beaches, dotted with some incredible seaside towns such as Skegness, Cleethorpes and Ingoldmells. If you are looking to stay in the area then you should look to a bed and breakfast at the coast.
The quaint accommodation that bed and breakfasts offer are often family run and feature all the facilities that you are used to. It really will feel like a home away from home when you stay near the coast. The hardest decision will be deciding which seaside resort to visit first. While Skegness is the most famous, mainly for its amusement, arcades and family fun, there is also Cleethorpes, which is a modern resort with traditional features, and the delightful Mablethorpe that is smaller than the other towns along the coast.
