- Island Fishing Lake: measuring at two acres the lake features an island at the south end and mature pine trees on the shore. Here you will find carp, tench and silver fish.
- Specimen Lake: the resident carp lake, it is popular for ledgering and is two and a half acres of water.
- Roadside Lake: with one and a half acres of water it features lily beds and is easily accessible, with plenty of large fish to catch.
- Woodland Lake: surrounded by young woodland, this lake is ideal for pole fishing and used by anglers of all levels.
A bonus is that Sycamore Lakes has its very own tackle shop that has a selection of baits and they also dish out advice.

Swan Lake Fishing and Caravan Park
Situated near Skegness, Swan Lake Fishing and Caravan Park is a family run park set within 13 acres of woodland. Not only is it surrounded by the incredible Lincolnshire countryside, there are two well stocked lakes to utilise.
Swan Lake is the main lake that is over two acres in size and has been around for over 100 years. It boasts of:
- Carp
- Tench
- Barbel
- Crucians
- Roach
- Rudd
- Perch
The second, Leaver Lake, is a relatively new addition to the park and measures at one acre, with two islands in the centre. Featuring many of the same fish as Swan Lake, you can catch some weighing up to 50lbs!
Swan Lake has approximately 4 holiday homes on offer, which come fully equipped with everything that you need for a self-catering holiday.

Skegness Water Leisure Park
Located perfectly between the holiday centres of Skegness and Ingoldmells, Skegness Water Leisure Park is great fun for all the family with so many facilities. Some of which are an outdoor children’s play area, amusement arcade, light railway and Skegness airfield.
When it comes to staying at the park you can choose from camping pods, traditional touring and camping facilities or the holiday bungalows. Think you’ll run out of anything on holiday? No need to worry as there is a general store on site that stocks your day to day grocery needs.
