Lincoln Retreat

Located within proximity to the city of Lincoln, Lincoln Retreat is set upon land covered with cherry, pear, apple and plum trees and surrounded by the countryside. As well as this there are many walking trails, making it perfect for an idyllic getaway.

Lincoln Retreat is made up of 3 properties, which are:

• The Lincoln Cottage: a private building that is beautifully-furnished and comes with a well-equipped kitchen, utility, sitting room with wood burner, dining area, and one double bedroom.
• Lincoln House: with contemporary styling it is comprised of two floors and feature a comfortable lounge with wood burning fire, well-equipped kitchen, utility room, separate WC and upstairs there is a double bedroom and second bedroom with bunk beds.
• Lincoln Lodge: part of the renovated farmhouse it features an open-plan living area, spiral staircase leading to a stylish bedroom with an 8ft bed and a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

All three accommodations have access to the hot tub which is situated in a purpose built stone building. Also, complimentary robes and towels are provided to ensure you don’t miss out, which can be found in the wardrobes of the properties.

Treetops Cottages & Spa

Set within the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds and the picturesque village of Grasby, Treetops Cottages and Spa provide self-catering accommodation that is spacious and modern. There are 3 cottages in total and all have use of the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, outdoor hot tub and free wifi. Not only that, but there are also spa treatments and spa days that can be arranged.

Converted from old stables, the self-catering cottages have the following features:

• Patio areas with seating, sun loungers and swing hammocks
• Fully equipped kitchens
• Flat Screen TVs
• Free unlimited wi-fi
• Underfloor heating

Oak Cottage can sleep up to four guests with a king size bedroom and one with twin beds. Ash Cottage can only sleep up to two guests with a bedroom that features a king size bed. The final accommodation, Elm Cottage, can sleep up to four guests with a king size bed and one with twin beds.

The indoor pool overlooks the incredible countryside and an outdoor area for sunbathing, as well as a BBQ area for the warmer months. When staying, you are allowed one-hour free use of the sauna per cottage per day.

Church Farm Cottages

Situated between the Lincolnshire Wolds and Lincolnshire Coast, Church Farm Holiday Cottages offer luxurious and dog friendly accommodation to help you relax. As the accommodation is set upon 26 acres of grassland and paddocks, the owners have their own animals that you may be able to see, such as 5 dogs, 3 horses, farm cats and some hens. Whenever they are laying eggs, you will receive some complimentary.

Both of the cottages sleep up to four adults and have the following features:

• Private south facing patio area
• Hot tub in secure garden
• Outdoor furniture and BBQ
• Open plan kitchen/diner and living room

Conker Barn has a king size bedroom and twin beds in another room for guests to sleep in. Whilst Bumble Cottage has a king size bedroom and a double bedroom. All guests will receive a welcome gift comprised of a bottle of wine, Lincolnshire plum bread and dog treats for your furry little friends.

While they are self-catering, there are a range of restaurants nearby in the local towns and villages. Most are only a short walk or drive away.

Owl Cottage

Located near the village of Sotby and in the heart of rural Lincolnshire, Owl Cottage is a self-catering luxury accommodation for adults over the age of 18. To the West of the cottage is Sotby Wood with 300 acres of woodland and walking trails to explore. Sleeping between 2 and 4 people, the private cottage is available all year round and has some incredible facilities.

If you choose to stay at Owl Cottage, you will have access to all of this:

• One double bedroom with en-suite

• Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge

Fulbeck Gardens Cottage

The cottage is close to the village of Fulbeck and surrounded by the Lincolnshire countryside. Fulbeck Gardens Cottage is a 4-star self-catering holiday cottage that sleeps up to 7 people. The private and secluded cottage is perfect for a relaxing break away for couples, families and friends.

With a walled garden that is lovingly tended to, cattle grazing in the field close by and the surrounding farmland, Fulbeck Gardens Cottage is sure to meet expectations. The cottage has the following features:
