Engine Shed Lincoln

Engine Shed opened its doors to the public in September 2006. The name Engine Shed was named after the locomotive shed that used to occupy the same space.

Just recently, the balcony of Engine Shed was renovated to create a more intimate venue. They call this The Platform. It is an ideal place to feature local and national talents. The Platform can accommodate up to 300 persons.

Over the years, Engine Shed Lincoln welcomed different bands such as Stereophonics, 30 seconds to Mars, Kings of Leon, Plan B and more. It has also hosted talented DJ’s like Fatboy Slim, Zane Lowe and Annie Mac. After live performances, Engine Shed becomes a nightclub where students can hang out and have a great time. The very first live event held here was Embrace in September 2006.
