This luxurious bed & breakfast is located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing break away.
The Elm Tree has been awarded the Visit England 5 Star Gold Award in the past, as well as the Breakfast Award, proving that this is a great place to stay. This is an adult only accommodation that gives off a wholesome country vibe with contemporary features.
Accommodation Details
There are a total of four rooms to choose from, which are:
- Percy Pheasant’s Suite featuring a king size bed with a view of the gardens.
- Hamish the Stag Suite featuring a king size bed with a view of the frontage.
- Marley the Mallard featuring a double bed with a view of the driveway.
- Horrace and Herbet – The Boxing Hares featuring twin beds with a view of the gardens.
All the rooms have a Freeview TV and in-built DVD players, as well as Wi-Fi that is accessible throughout the house. You can even make yourself a hot drink with the Tassimo Pod machine that features in each room. Some of the rooms feature free standing bath tubs in the en suite, as well as a shower.
If you would like a more private accommodation, there is the serviced apartment, Felix the Fox, which features:
- King size bed
- Sofa bed
- Kitchen and dining area
- Laundry service available
- Patio
- Dog friendly with a charge of £10 per dog per night. Maximum of 2.
