After having two successful years, the Boston Marathon UK is back for the third time on Saturday 15th April, 2018. The half marathon and fun run will also take place on the same day.
Boston has the flattest marathon course in the country. The event is always held on the Sunday preceding USA Patriots Day, the day of the famous US Boston marathon.
The deadline for registration is Tuesday the 27th March, 2018.
The main event starts at 9:00am at the Boston Market place and ends at Boston College. En route are 9 drink stations, as well as portable toilets approximately every 2.5 miles.
As of this year, all finishers receive a Tech T-Shirt and Medal.
The entry fees are as follows:
UK Affiliated Runners : £28
All other entrants : £30
The Prizes are as follows (separate prizes for men and women):
1st : £350
2nd : £250
3rd £150
The start time for the race is slightly different to the full marathon, beginning at 9:15am.

The fun run begins at the same time as the half marathon, at 9:15am. However, it is a separate event facilitated by Boston Marathon Association and is open to children over the age of 12.
The course lasts for 3 miles, incorporating the first 1.5 mile and last 1 mile of our marathon route. They will be connected by the 0.6 mile stretch of White House Lane.

Over 18s: £10
12 to 17 years old (or in full time education): £3
