There are 4 cottages, each with their own separate garden complete with BBQ area and garden furniture. Clematis Cottages are in the heart of the country and have fantastic views of orchards, fields and the open countryside – simply perfect!

Accommodation Details

Clematis Cottage 1 – sleeps up to 6 people.

• Modern, well equipped kichen/diner, with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer etc.
• Boot room with belfast sink and washing machine.
• Sitting room with oak beams, sofas, fire, tv, dvd player, books, games, puzzles.
• Ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
• First floor: double bedroom/ twin bedroom/family bathroom.

Clematis Cottage 2 – sleeps up to 4 people.

• Open plan sitting room/kitchen/diner. Under floor heating throughout the cottage.
• Modern, very equipped kichen/diner, with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/drier etc.
• Sitting room with exposed stone walls, limestone floor and under floor heating, sofas, tv, dvd player, puzzles, games and books.
• Galleried double bedroom.
• Shower room with large shower. Heated towel rail.

Clematis Cottage 3 (the Oak/Eco Barn) – sleeps up to 4 people.

• Underfloor heating throughout.
• Ground floor bedrooms – 1 double, 1 super king (can convert into 2 singles).
• Shower room with large shower and heated towel rail.
• Laundry room with washing maachine.
• Modern, well equipped kitchen/diner with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer etc.
• First floor sitting room with sofas, tv, dvd player, puzzles, games and books.
• Adjoining office area with desk and chair.

Hollyhock Cottage 4 – sleep up to 8 people.

• Three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
• Fourth bedroom at the back of the property with ow entrance and en-suite.
• Underfloor heating throughout.
• Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave and double oven with hob.
• Dining area and lounge with comfortable sofas. 

There is also a recently renovated farmhouse annex that sleeps 2 people and includes:

• Underfloor heating throughout.
• Bedroom on the ground floor.
• Tea and coffee making area with fridge.
• Room rate only, only self catering when rented out with another cottage.
