Certain areas of this pub in Lincoln are still part of the original 18th century edifice. There is a well which is 18 feet deep although the water rises only up to 12 feet. It can be found between the restaurant and lounge. Open fires make the pub very snug during cold winter nights. Sunday lunch at the Five Bells is very popular among the locals. Food is cooked without the usual squashy vegetables. The Five Bells has a special menu for the Easter holiday period and special family occasions. Some of the most sought after dishes are the Venison, Partridge and Game Pie.
The capable and friendly staff, warm atmosphere and good food are the main reasons why diners love to go to the Five Bells Pub. Any customer you talk to after dining at The Five Bells will tell you that you really get value for your money.
