The Hollies Guest House is a family-run establishment offering bed and breakfast accommodation in Lincoln. Ideally located within a few minutes walk from the city centre, The Hollies is one of the most ideal places from which to explore the medieval city of Lincoln in Lincolnshire.
It is also close to Lincoln’s business areas and the University Campus, making it ideal not only for tourists, but also for those in the city on business or to visit student offspring.
This Victorian period residence possesses considerable character and charm, and it has not lost these qualities over time.
While The Hollies has been modified and updated to include modern conveniences, the house has retained many of its original features. This unique setting gives the impression of old world comfort and homely atmosphere.
The Hollies has 10 en-suite rooms, all of which are equipped with colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. Wi-Fi access is available upon request.
All the rooms, like the whole of the establishment, are decorated to a very high standard, comfortably furnished and with authentic Victorian plaster.
Breakfast is served in the bright and airy conservatory. Guests are treated to buffet consisting of cereals, grapefruit, yoghurts and orange juice.
The full English breakfast and hot toast are freshly cooked to order and are served to guests to their individual table, together with coffee or tea.
After breakfast, or even at the end of the day, guests can retreat to the spacious Victorian parlour and relax in its comforts.
Parking is available for residents. The Hollies is open all year round with the exception of Christmas and Bank Holidays.
